ACCEPTED INSURANCES

What is a Medical Visit?

If you have a medical problem with your eyes such as cataracts, droopy lids, glaucoma, or a corneal abrasion, etc., your examination will be billed to your medical insurance and not your vision plan. You would be responsible for a refraction or contact lens fitting fee.

Medical Plans

Please call if you are not sure if your plan is covered (e.g. international insurances). If you have an insurance purchased from the Health Insurance Marketplace (Obamacare), please read our Insurance and Billing FAQ.
